My wife was a teacher Social Science the primary school. One of the material that she taught was about famous countries in 5 continents. Menjelang hari besar keagamaan, terutama Natal dan Idul Fitri, maka kebanyakan di antara kita menunggu uang tambahan yang bernama THR atau Tunjangan Hari Raya. Bagi pekerja tentu ini merupakan THRnya, tapi bagi pasangan hidupnya yang ditunggu yaitu THR suami atau istrinya.

Banyak dipahami bahwa THR merupakan kebaikan majikan, yg mana hal ini sangatlah tidak benar. Sehingga tak jarang hitungan besaran nominalnya menjadi tak jelas. Padahal THR sesungguhnya merupakan UANG SI PEKERJA SENDIRI yg harus dikelola o/majikannya per satuan waktu tertentu u/kemudian diberikan kembali kepada si empunya, yaitu pekerja tsb!

I am using Mandigo Theme. I want to change the header image but i can’t find it how. I also search in the internet but i can’t find it too. Finally, i try to do this :

• Open image with image editor i like
• resize image in 737 x 226
• save as head.jpg for first image
• resize image in 961 x 226
• save as head-1024.jpg for second image

Next, i copy head.jpg and head-1024.jpg into :  /public_html/wp-content/themes/mandigo/schemes/green/images (for example in green folder)

Also i  copy both of  the new image again into each color folder. And then i can see the header image already changed.
